The Full Story
After years of toiling away for people who'd rather golf, sail, or play solitaire while tacking on exorbitant markups to your valuable marketing dollars, we realized we were smarter and worked harder than all of them combined. So we set up our own shop. Same talent. No expensive gourmet coffee and Ping-Pong table in the break room. In fact, no break room. We're virtual.

Our Growing Team

Cody Hays, MAMC
Hi there! I’m Cody Hays. I’m a digital strategist, educator, and artist. My happiest days are spent behind my computer screen helping organizations change the world. Most days you can find me working on something creative, walking through the streets of Seattle, or nesting in the corner of a coffee shop. As the social media manager for UP Creative, I bring ideas to life through branding, social advertising, and videography.
When I’m not busy working on a website or ad campaign, you can catch me hanging with my cat Marigold, editing photos for my Instagram @codyjhays, or sketching in a coffee shop.

Dan Schultz
Dan has been creating designs and videos in the educational arena for 25 years, and he loves being part of the UP Creative team! Some of his successes include viral videos (over 60 million views), numerous design awards, and a roster of well-known national clients. The first priority in a project is to understand the client and their goals. Then the challenge is to create something inspiring, something that excites the client’s audience. And to have fun—it’s important to have fun!
